Can you decide what time you want to start and leave everyday for university?
like do you have to go to unvieristy early in the morning, afternoon, or night? like can you decide what time you want to start and end?
The university decides when it will be offering different classes. Some classes are offered in a lot of different times (called "sections") and some are only offered once per semester or even once every two years.
In order to get your degree, you'll have to take certain classes that the university specifies in your degree plan.
So, if they happen to offer the courses you need to take in order to get your degree at the same time that you'd like to go to class then, yes, you can go when you want.
But, if the class you need is only offered at 2PM on Tuesdays and Thursdays then you have to decide whether you're going to take it then or not at all.
Usually you have an awful lot of say in when you'll go to classes - but you also have to be prepared to go when the class you need is offered.
Most universities don't offer a full schedule of major courses in the evening but many do have degrees that can be completed by only taking classes after 5PM.
